Business e-services
Pre-completion and emerging electronic services are now available to all registered business users through our portal and replaces Land Registry Direct which will close in 2010. To request an application to register as a user, email your company name, full postal address, a company contact name together with a telephone number and email address to migrationsupportteam@landregistry.gsi.gov.uk

A service designed for the public. Download a title plan or register of a property for £4 each. Find out what land’s included, ownership, the price paid and more. To purchase information you must first register as a user.

Mortgage e-signatures for borrowers
Land Registry is making property transactions easier by introducing electronic mortgage deeds. By following a simple procedure, you will be able to view and electronically sign your mortgage deed online. Currently only available for a limited number of users.

Land Registry Direct
This service is only available for existing business account holders, and will close in April 2010. Land Registry Direct e-services are now available through our new portal, details of which can be found on the contact details above.
