Are you using the new forms?

The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2008 came into force on 10 November 2008. The transitional period during which some old forms could still be used came to an end on 9 February 2009. With limited exceptions, applications made after this date will be rejected if the new forms are not used.

The Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2009 came into force on 2 October 2009 and made further changes to a number of the forms. Forms used for applications relating to overseas companies must incorporate these further changes. For further details check the current forms.
